As a benefit-eligible employee of Baptist Easley, you have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of benefits designed to:

This guide gives you an overview of some of the benefits available to you. Review the information provided here prior to enrolling in your benefits for 2018. After reviewing the benefits information, you will be ready to enroll at

The choices you make now are effective until December 31, 2018. The information in this guide also applies to new team members and team members who become eligible for benefits throughout the plan year (review the Benefits Enrollment section for more information). Failing to enroll within the specified time period will result in you forfeiting benefits until the next plan year.

Baptist Easley will continue to offer eligible team members two consumer-driven medical plan options in 2018. These options will be very similar to the two plans offered in 2017. Baptist Easley also will continue to offer eligible team members dental, vision and flexible spending account health benefits in 2018.

Baptist Easley will continue to offer eligible team members supplemental accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, identity theft prevention and legal services benefits in 2018. We also will continue to offer team members the option to purchase additional life and dependent life insurance.

* Baptist Easley provides Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance equal to your annual base pay.
